March 2019 - Present: Offshore Inspection Engineer
- Supervise and co-ordination of all Visual, Non-Destructive Inspections, CUI & Fabric Maintenance teams ensuring contractors understand their workscopes, associated risks and that the work is completed safe and reported as per procedures.
- Support the Onshore Project Manager, Corrosion Engineers through to the Senior Inspection Engineer in all inspection related activities.
- Reviewing, validating formal inspection reports for plant and equipment prior to issue.
- Apply judgment and experience in the assessment of defects found, recommend future service life repairs or further assessment by the Onshore Senior Inspection Engineer.
- Reporting all anomalies to appropriate onshore and offshore personnel and risk assess with recommendation for repair, alteration or replacement.
- Raise Inspection Reports, Anomaly Reports & raise repair orders for defective plant and equipment where appropriate.
- Other duties and roles include Hydrocarbon Release Prevention Champion, DROPS (Dropped Object Focal Point), Helideck Assistant, Helideck Emergency Response Team Member, Platform Muster Checker and Coxwain.

- Support the Onshore Project Manager, Corrosion Engineers through to the Senior Inspection Engineer in all inspection related activities.

- Cover/Back up Offshore Inspection Engineer during nightshift, times of sickness and shutdowns.
- Raising and closing work orders and Non Conformance Reports using SAP plant management software
- Reporting all findings using Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Led Inspection team in all non-destructive testing and visual inspections of in-service process plant and equipment.
- Raising and closing work order using SAP Plant Management Software.
- Reporting all findings using Microsoft work & Excel programs
- FPSO Tank Inspections using NDT & Rope Access Techniques
- Reporting all findings using Microsoft Word and Excel programs
- Executed planned inspections on in-service pressure systems using visual, Non-Destructive Testing and Rope Access techniques.
- Reporting all findings and compiling detailed inspection reports,
- Ultrasonic Inspection PCN Level 2 (3.1/3.2)
- Magnetic Particle Inspection PCN Level 2
- Liquid Penetrant Inspection PCN Level 2
